River Cruises

on the Concord and Sudbury River

Relax while cruising on the Concord and Sudbury Rivers - enjoying a unique dining experience aboard a pontoon boat. View the homes of the 1800's and nature at its best. Watch for turtles, blue herons, geese, ducks and other wildlife along the river banks. Take a cruise to Fairhaven Bay, where Thoreau and Hawthorne spent time composing their renowned writings. Cruise to the Old North Bridge where the shot heard around the world was fired. All this and more, without the mosquitoes. Cruise direction depends on river height.

Meet at the South Bridge Boat House, 496 Main Street, Concord, Massachusetts (Route #62). Reservations are required in advance. Boat seats 20 people; a private cruise requires a minimum of 18 passengers, with a deposit. Prices are per person and include 5% Mass. Meal tax. Season is from May 10 - October 15

Prices subject to change at any time due to fuel price increases. Boat departs providing there are 10 individual reservations booked on a trip and weather permitting.

Due to limited seating a six-day advance notice is required for any change in number of reservations. Otherwise original reservation will be charged. To cancel entire reservation a 14 day notice is needed or will be charged in full.
